Thrive Through the Holidays
The Holiday Thriving Guide Series is a series of 4 upbeat, fun 75-minute classes led by registered dietitian and Yoga teacher Chrissy Barth, RD, CFT, RYT and physical therapist and Yoga teacher, Meagen Satinsky, PT, CYT who are both here to offer you valuable tips and support in helping YOU thoroughly enjoy this upcoming holiday season. The classes will include education, mindbody practices, and gentle movement activities for all levels of activity.
From Halloween thru the New Year, we are steadily bombarded with opportunities to eat mindlessly and fall off of our physical activity regimens. For many this period can be stressful, depressing or too much time with awkward family relationships. All of these factors increase our risk of weight gain or physical discomfort from stress.
